Lindsay is a native of Hampton, Virginia, and has practiced orthopaedic physical therapy in her hometown for the majority of her career. She joined Tidewater Orthopaedics as Director of Physical Therapy in the winter of 2014. Lindsay earned her undergraduate degree as well as her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. She furthered her postgraduate education at The College of William and Mary earning a Masters in Business Administration. She earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. While practicing as a physical therapist, she attended Virginia Commonwealth University to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
In addition to specializing in orthopaedic diagnosis and post surgical rehabilitation, she also has extensive experience treating the spine with certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine through the McKenzie Institute and training in osteopathic manipulation. She has a special interest in treating chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s sporting activities, cycling, kayaking, and gardening.
