Kindall has been a member of our physical therapy team since 2013. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University in Philadelphia, PA, in 2012 as well as her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Longwood University in Farmville, VA, in 2005. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, she served as the certified athletic trainer of several local high schools and completed an externship with the sports medicine department at The College of William & Mary. 

Kindall has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, especially of the knees and ankles. She enjoys treating athletes of all ages and levels of competition. Dr. Hollowell is certified in functional dry needling, which is a specialized and advanced technique that uses fine monofilament needles to release tight or overused muscle knots known as trigger points. Kindall, a Hampton Roads native, enjoys playing with her dog, working out, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
